If the answer is yes, you are welcome to eat it. I have never eaten so much random vegetation in my life. The doctors at the Pasteur Institute even pick the leaves of the tree outside of our building to eat with our lunch. At a eating establish, expect to get a huge platter of four to five to different greens. The Viets are definitely getting their daily diet of vegetables in the food pyramid. Go Viet Nam!!!!
