There is more than one Pham Quoc Cuong

I just learned that my grandfather had a male baby in 1979 which is my birth year. He named that child Pham Quoc Cuong. I do not know who was named first and whether the heavens or my family choreographed this naming surprise. Unfortunately I will never meet my name twin because he died one month after his birth. Most of all, I just feel strange to know I once shared a name with a dead relative. Creepers.
